A native New Yorker, Shannon has been teaching Pilates for almost a decade. She received her comprehensive certification from Center for Movement, one of the first Classical Pilates studios in Westchester County, New York. Shannon also helped open the first Club Pilates locations in New York state, providing her with a training background in contemporary Pilates, TRX, and barre.
Shannon brings a unique perspective to the Pilates industry due to her previous roles in studio operations and commercial real estate and her passion for cross-training and functional fitness. This 360-degree view of the fitness industry has provided Shannon with invaluable insights into studio management, client engagement, and business development, further enhancing her ability to provide exceptional Pilates instruction.
