GROUP CLASSES

Join us at Hot Pilates in West Hollywood for weekly group Reformer Pilates classes! Classical Pilates blended with a little contemporary freestyle, these small group classes (7 client max) provide a vigorous and effective full-body workout. Best for clients with previous Pilates experience, or those who do not have any current injuries or do not need major modifications.

If you’ve never been on a Pilates Reformer before, we strongly encourage taking a couple private sessions first to ensure you get the most out of your workout.
